Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) it is compulsory that I advise you of how the information about yourself and your dog is used and stored and to obtain permission for specific information to be stored and used.

At Mabel's Mutts, the following information is stored in an online format:

Information regarding you (the owner), such as your name, address, phone number(s) and email address.
Information regarding your dog, such as their name, age, breed, coat type, gender, medical conditions and/or allergies and whether they've been spayed or neutered.
Information regarding details of what I have done to your dog during the groom, for exmaple blades and combs used and where I have scissored.

If you change to a different groomer, you are able to take these details with you to give to your new groomer, if you wish. Any non-returning customer information will be in-active after one year.

I may use your personal information in the following way(s):

To respond to your enquiries.
To send appointment reminders, new appointment confirmation, cancellation and/or rebook reminders.
For market research purposes.
For record keeping purposes.
To contact you in relation with your appointment, dog collection or drop off, cancellations or rescheduling.
